"Hey Dr. T, should I be taking a multivitamin?"
"No! Don't I have you on enough things already???" "Yeah, but why not a multivitamin for all around health?" "Listen... Multivitamins have a lot of great things in them but not enough of any one thing to be helpful. How much can you stick in one pill that's going to do anything?" "Well, I'm taking a Centrum Silver and..." "Oh my goodness you're wasting your money!" Okay, I give up. Here is a viable option and I will explain why... It's called Mitocore, four (4) capsules per day. Why? 1. Helps with energy production. 2. I take this two hours before I play hockey or before a workout (yes, two hours before). 3. It's high in antioxidants. 4. If you read the label, it's a multivitamin on steroids. Here is the best part. I have a deal with Ortho Molecular: If you do not feel better after finishing one bottle, they will refund your money. Yes, a money-back guarantee. Here's a cute little video on Mitocore Click Here. Mitocore is available at the Bloomfield office or follow this link: https://askdrt.weebly.com/store/p68/Mitocore.html Everyone is asking me what I think of the vaccine? Well, here are my thoughts.
I think I am going to specifically recommend the COVAXX vaccine. Why? This is a "synthetic" vaccine. They take amino acids and match the protein surface antigens of the virus and then your immune system develops a immune reaction to these amino acids (peptides). No live or dead virus parts. No chance of contamination. And the immune response appears to be better and longer. Covaxx, the company that is producing this vaccine has been making this type of antibody for animals for years and have administered over 500,000 doses with minimal side effects. I am not sure when it is going to be available though... Supposedly first quarter this year. Here is link to read about it. https://www.covaxx.com/ In the meantime, there is a group of hospital intensive care specialists that have put together a science-based protocol to prevent and treat Covid-19. The group is called FLCCC Alliance. I would suggest you go to their website and read about the I-MASK+ protocol. https://covid19criticalcare.com/i-mask-prophylaxis-treatment-protocol/i-mask-protocol-translations/ This is really neat stuff. If only people would listen... Be healthy, be educated, DR.T |
