What are Natural Killer Cells???
Excerpt from The Science Daily: (technical but important, bear with me...)
Natural killer cells (also known as NK cells) are a type of white blood cell and a component of innate immune system.
NK cells play a major role in the host-rejection of both tumors and virally infected cells.
NK cells are cytotoxic (they're killers); small granules in their cytoplasm contain special proteins such as perforin and proteases known as granzymes.
Upon release in close proximity to a cell slated for killing, perforin forms pores in the cell membrane of the target cell through which the granzymes and associated molecules can enter, inducing apoptosis (cell death).
The distinction between apoptosis and cell lysis is important in immunology - lysing a virus-infected cell would only release the virions, whereas apoptosis leads to destruction of the virus inside.
NK cells are activated in response to interferons or macrophage-derived cytokines.
NK cells serve to contain viral infections while the adaptive immune response is generating antigen-specific cytotoxic T cells (antibodies) that can clear the infection.

Sorry about the technicals above. To translate, NK cells are the first line of defense and will kill cells that are infected with viruses until the cavalry comes in (your adaptive immune system) and make antibodies to kill the virus.

do you see where i'm going with this? you need to strengthen and increase your nk cells. Here's how...

4. Here is an great article from the Journal of Immunology Research that lists a plethora or vitamins and phytochemicals that can boost NK cells: Effect of Natural Compounds on NK Cell Activation
Below are two product links that boost immune function by incorporating some of the above vitamins and phytochemicals:
- Immunitone Plus: Take 4 per day
- Pure Defense W/NAC: 2 twice per day with meals (read the info on this product under description)
Again, rotate one of the above every other month. (read info on this under product description)

The future of boosting immune function
Bob Hariri, M.D. PHD, co-founder of Human Longevity is working with a research company called Cellularity that is harvesting specific types of stem cells and NK cells from human placentas and are performing FDA sanctioned studies in the treatment of cancer and infectious diseases (like Covid-19).
So, instead of developing a "antiviral" drug, eventually we will be getting injections of stem cells and NK cells that will modulate our immune system to kill any entity that wreaks havoc on us again.
This is the future. And as they say, the future is now.
